Who we are

This website is run by Sub Rosa Pizza, Glasgow. We are responsible for any personal data collected through this website.

Contact us about your data by email at [email protected], by phone on 07752 480384, or by message on Instagram at @subrosagla.

What we collect

This website has no forms and no accounts. We only collect personal data if you contact us:

How we use it and why

We use your details only to reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering customers, or taking steps you asked for. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Ordering, booking and other websites

Online ordering and table bookings happen on other websites: our ordering site and Dojo for Enterprise Park bookings. Those services collect your details under their own privacy policies, so please check them when you order or book.

Our fonts are served from this website, so loading them sends nothing to anyone else. The maps showing our locations are Google Maps, which receives your IP address when a map loads. Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you: it records the pages viewed, the website you came from, your browser and type of device, and your country, and we only ever see totals. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, using safeguards approved under UK law.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than 12 months unless they relate to an ongoing issue.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month. There is no charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
